The Tour de Kepri is a 3 day, 3 stage race; starting with a criterium followed by 2 road stages. The race does not stage an individual time trial.

The island of Batam, Indonesia offers well paved roads with very little traffic making for a good cycling day trip.
For me, escaping to the remote island for a day is a welcome change from the traffic lights and constant start-stop nature of cycling in Singapore.
